If someone is causing problems for you, or if you’re having a hard time, you can definitely train your mind to think: “By suffering like this now, may all other sentient beings be free from suffering and its cause and attain enlightenment . All the suffering I am experiencing right now is illusory, impermanent, and has no real nature, just like a dream.” Through practicing like this you will be able to overcome negative emotions and benefit many beings. This is how you relax and let go, this is how you hang loose with a good heart.
